MUSTAFA ABDEL-WADOOD

Mr. Mustafa Abdel-Wadood has over 15 years of significant hands-on experience in mergers & acquisitions, turnarounds and successful development of new business ventures. Prior to joining Abraaj, Mustafa was with EFG-Hermes, the leading investment bank in the Arab World, most recently as CEO of EFG-Hermes (UAE) based out of Dubai where he held overall responsibility for the firm's successful regional expansion into the lower-GCC and earlier as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking. Prior to joining EFG-Hermes, Mustafa was Co-founder and Managing Director of Sigma Capital where he held overall responsibility for Investment Banking activities and led a number of successful corporate finance transactions including Egypt's first leveraged MBO. He held this position up to the successful acquisition of Sigma Capital by the Geneva-based firm Swicorp. Prior to Sigma Capital, Mr. Abdel-Wadood spent 8 years at the Orascom Group where he last held the position of Director of Development and Investments at Orascom and Board Member of Orascom Telecom. At Orascom he was responsible for corporate investments and acquisitions in a number of fields including technology, telecommunications, industry, leisure and media.

In addition to being a board member of Abraaj Capital, Mr. Abdel-Wadood is currently on the Board of Directors of Egyptian Fertilizers Company, EFG-Hermes, Jordan National Bank, Air Arabia, BMA Capital, Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Company (amongst others) and has also previously served on numerous other boards. He is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker at events and is also an active member of a number of professional organizations. Mustafa was selected by the World Economic Forum as one of the 100 Global Leaders for Tomorrow for the Year 2002 and as a Young Global Leader (YGL) for 2007. He is also a co-founder and member of the Dubai-based 'Young Arab Leaders' organization. Mr. Abdel-Wadood is 38 years old and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo and an MBA from Georgetown University.

WAQAR HASSAN SIDDIQUE

Chief Executive Officer, Abraaj Managers Limited

Mr. Waqar Siddique has 25 years of experience in business strategy, general management, finance, operations, corporate governance and risk management in the Middle East and South Asia.

Prior to joining Abraaj in September 2005, Mr. Siddique served as the Chief Executive of the Cupola Group, a regionally focused operating group based in Dubai with diverse business interests in consumer, retail, information and engineering sectors. During his career with the Cupola Group, he was responsible for setting up and heading various functions and specialized in operations, finance and performance management of the portfolio companies.

Between 1992 and 1994, Mr. Siddique was employed by the Group Treasury of Mawarid Holding Company, a leading business conglomerate based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, he was involved in developing risk management strategies and developed a new integrated Risk and Treasury Management System to enhance controls, management and decision support. Before moving to the Middle East, from 1989 to 1992, Mr. Siddique was a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Pakistan.

He started his career in 1982 with Herald Publications, a leading printing, publishing and media house in Pakistan. Mr. Siddique holds a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Finance.

OMAR LODHI

Executive Director, Abraaj Capital

Mr. Omar Lodhi has over 13 years of private equity and investment banking experience gained in Middle East, Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Abraaj, Mr. Lodhi was with Citigroup where he was responsible for the firm's Islamic Finance business in Asia Pacific focusing on primary capital market fund raisings as well as structuring and distribution of alternative investments. Between 1994-1999, Mr. Lodhi worked with UBS in Hong Kong in the areas of Infrastructure Advisory and later Telecom Investment Banking. During this period, he advised various international sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, privatization and capital market fund raising opportunities within the Asian power, oil & gas and telecom sectors. Following a two year interval during which he pursued academic interests, he rejoined UBS in London in 2001 focusing primarily on buyout and restructuring opportunities within the European telecom sector. Mr. Lodhi started his career with Bank of America in Pakistan in 1991 in the Corporate and Investment Banking Department.

Mr. Lodhi is a graduate of the London School of Economics with an Honors degree in International Trade and Development and also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

FARRUKH H. KHAN

BMA Capital – Chief Executive

Before becoming one of the founding partners and Chief Executive of BMA Capital in 1992, Mr. Khan was the Director of Treasury and Investment Banking at American Express Bank. In this position he was responsible for rapidly expanding the Treasury unit into new lines of business. Mr. Khan has extensive experience in Pakistan’s capital markets and has been closely involved in guiding and growing all the business areas of BMA.

Mr. Khan has worked on many of the landmark transactions of Pakistan, helping BMA become the leader in privatisation advisory in the country. Mr. Khan’s transactional experience includes advising the Privatisation Commission on the recent US$813 million GDR offering of OGDCL, which was listed on the London Stock Exchange, and successfully advising Etisalat on their $2.6 billion acquisition of PTCL. Other transactions include the privatisation of Kot Addu Power Company, ICP Mutual Funds, and the US$898 million GDR issue for PTCL, and the privatisation of Bankers Equity Limited.

Mr. Khan qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Water house Coopers in their London office in 1986. He received a Bachelors degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Manchester, UK, in 1982. Mr. Khan is an active member of the Young President’s Organisation (YPO) and has been past president of the Pakistan Chapter.

BMA Capital - Director, Human Resources

Salim Khan is responsible for Human Resources Strategies and its implementation. He has worked over 16 years with ICI Pakistan in Manufacturing, Business Management & Human Resources.

Graduation from California Institute of Technology, US in 1987.

amir iqbal

BMA Capital - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Iqbal has over 13 years of experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Audit. He is the Chief Financial Officer of BMA Capital Management Ltd. Prior to joining BMA, Mr. Iqbal established and managed the Treasury of Gulistan Group of Companies, and supervised the development of accounting software. He remained with the group as Financial Controller till 2002, and was responsible for implementing International Accounting Standards (IAS) and compliance with corporate governance requirements group-wide. Previously Mr. Iqbal was associated with Muhammad Yousuf Adil Saleem & Co., (MYASCO) Chartered Accountants (Member Deloitte, Touche, Tohmatsu) and completed 4 years of article-ship.

Amir Iqbal is a qualified Chartered Accountants from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Chief Executive Officer

Junaid Iqbal graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a degree in Financial Economics. He previously worked as an Energy Trader with American Electric Power, and established Pakistan’'92s first stock market show on Geo TV.

In addition, he served at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as Head of Financial Analysis /Official Spokesperson, setting up an in-house analytics division and representing SECP in the Senate and the National Assembly.

Mr. Iqbal was also CNBC Pakistan’'92s Head of Research and the host of its flagship shows Power Lunch.

Matteo Stefanel

Executive Director

Matteo Stefanel brings over 12 years of private equity and investment banking experience to the investment team at Abraaj, which he developed through more than 60 M&A transactions in Europe, the US and Middle East. Prior to joining Abraaj, Matteo Stefanel was with Marfin Investment Group where he was the Chairman of the Recommending Investment Committee, heading all transaction execution, as well as being a member of the Group Executive Committee of the banking group and Chief Executive Officer of its Investment Bank, IBG.

He was previously a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, responsible for Financial Institutions for Italy, South Eastern Europe and the Middle East. At Deutsche Bank, Mr. Stefanel focused on mergers, acquisitions, privatisations and corporate restructuring transactions in the financial industry, as well as leading a number of equity, debt and derivative transactions for his clients. He has also served as an investment banking M&A specialist at Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Wasserstein Perella, where he worked across a wide number of sectors such as Chemicals, Industrials, Defence and TMT.

Mr. Stefanel is a graduate of Oxford University with an Honours degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (BA Hons).
